How to Apply
Step 1: Submit Application

Step 2: Enrollment Confirmation
Attend orientation and receive your student ID and schedule.
Step 3: Attend First of Classes

Fill out the Registrar Form with your details and upload the required documents (ID, report card, good moral certificate, birth certificate, and awards if any).
